Description  Develop sales and marketing strategic and operational plan.  Lead existing and new product development process with the objective of product performance improvement and increasing top /bottom line.  Lead channel development process. Develop and execute plans to develop the companys sales channel, and introduce new distribution channels / strategies and tools to improve existing sales model and increase company top line. Channels include Bancassurance, franchising, Key accounts and alternative distribution channels.  Develop company targeting strategy and provide sales channels with a stream of leads and business opportunities through maintaining databases with potential clients, business organizations and entities for generating high level business opportunities.  Conduct introductory client meetings in B2B set-ups with the objective of company introduction and to acquire strategic partners / clients / distributors.  Improve and streamline company processes through refining and developing service levels, and introduce new added values to clients and partners through innovative service provision.  Introduce new cross and upselling strategies to increase existing clients business.  Introduce customer relationship management system and loyalty programs as well as other client retention and management tools.  Develop, execute and monitor company marketing communication process including marketing communication planning, advertising, sales tools development, branding including branches and offices, exhibitions and trade shows.®  Develop company corporate communications strategy including public relations management, media relations and monitoring & internal communication protocols.  Develop project / business plans for related projects
Qualifications  University degree in Business Administration.  MBA, Post graduate studies in Business / Marketing is preferred.  Possessing project management skills and tools is a must.  Ability to develop business cases and P&L is a must.  Minimum 8 years of experience in the field of strategic marketing, business planning and / or product development of which at least 3 years in a senior level.  Ability to develop and execute marketing communication and PR plans.  Previous experience in insurance / Banking in specific and in a financial services at large is a must.  Fluency in English language.  Mastery of presentation tools.
