Description 1. Preparation of the annual development plan for all sales and after-sales employees. 2. Ensures the compliance of the performed training activities with the dealer standards instructed by MBE. 3. Contribute to the Training Program to be compiled by the Training Manager MBEg for the coming year, starting from October. 4. Provide MBEg trainer with his annual internal training plan, latest by first of December every year. ( training programs, budget, etc) 5. Inform MBEg trainer about training needs of his workshop on monthly basis. Possible criteria: New products, comeback jobs, repeated customer complaints, etc. 6. Build up a training library containing and updating all service literature, training documents, training CDs, CBTs, and all other technical information. Ensure that all information is easily accessible for the staff any time. 7. Build up CBT internal self training program with a planned schedule for every employee, utilizing every available CBT, and follow up the progress and the certificates issued by the participants on weekly basis 8. Build up and maintain training Database (All staff targeted for training and their respective Job Profile title, CBTs completed, library contents).
Qualifications • Preferred Bsc. of Engineering or equivalent • Excellent computer skills • Automotive background • 3-5 years exp. in the same job
