Description Key responsibilities: — Implementing best practice fulfillment processes along the operational chain. — Defining proper capacity planning to ensure surges in orders from clients are handled in a timely manner — Creating adequate team structure and managing various operational teams — Recruiting and managing the fulfillment team — Delivering measurable results linked to your business — Ensuring regular reporting of your actions and results — Managing the teams efficiency and cohesion — Ensuring the smooth fulfillment of the items sold — Ensuring the quality of the measurement of selected KPIs hourly, daily, weekly and monthly — Scaling the team and the processes to support the growth of the company — Managing a team of 50+ people — Recruiting adequate profiles to join the team — Constantly improving and developing new internal processes — Making fast decisions in order to solve daily emergencies — Producing regular reporting on the operations performance — Coordinating with customer service to ensure optimum communication to our customers — Managing the consistency and quality of the inventory — Creating an unparalleled environment for your teams development and happiness
Qualifications • Strong entrepreneurial skills, leadership and drive • Impeccable communication skills • Ability to negotiate and communicate in flawless English • Ability to work independently and in a team • Experience in multinational environment • Experience or high level of comfort in logistics or operations • Experience managing teams or large projects • Excellent analytical and communication skills • Capacity to challenge and improve processes • Demonstrated ability to work in a fast paced and competitive environment.
