Description Handling specific tasks assigned by the IT Management in relation to Installing, maintaining, and monitoring all IT devices Plus Receiving and acting upon all colleagues support requests through: 1-Installing and maintaining all new IT devices. 2-Monitoring and acting upon all IT devices and applications. 3-Receiving and acting upon all colleagues support requests and any IT related queries. 4-Handling specific tasks assigned by the IT Management in relation to the business.
Qualifications 1.Knowledge of Operating Systems (e.g. Servers – Work Stations). 2. Ability to provide IT devices support 3. Knowledge of Local Area Network (LAN) & its protocols (e.g. TCP/IP) Fault, diagnosis and repair skills 4. Knowledge of technical processes
