Description -Ensure day-to-day administrative function (e.g. Content Team follow up, merchandise, information, filing system etc.) of the department is accurately and promptly completed according to the company procedures -Manage and maintain suppliers relationships during daily operation. -Initiate merchandise presentation and promotions -Ensure stock availability to support sales. -Keep effective internal communications channel particularly with other buying teams, Content team marketing, logistic and other functions within the organization. -Assist Category Managers and Head of the Category in monitoring buying achievements activities within product category are meeting the company quality policies and procedures. -Be committed to self-development and enrichment of their knowledge and skills by attending agreed training courses. -Analyze the surveys about the e-Commerce market growth and the changes in the consumer habits, and comparing out performance to the market by product. -Know the action of the competition and take corrective necessary measures. -Analyzes the supplier availability in the website and Communicates to the category manager the outcome. -Suggests the promotional offers and completes the formalities of the promo plan. -Assists in managing category item types, and recommends the item types to the Category manageras well as assisting him in implementing the category plan in line with sales budget and forecasts. -Assist Category Manager in the monitoring of the product category performance in terms of pricing, promotion, products assortment on the site, quality of products, planning and allocation. -Communicates with Merchandizing team to assure that the category promotion plans are implemented effectively -Make sure that the finance department has all the requirements for payments -Issue POs or align procurement with the required POs -Make sure all the required items are procured and fulfilled in time. -Increase the supply range for the category
Qualifications -Knowledge of the retail business -Economic and trade qualification -Purchasing, Selling and pricing for ( Baby, Home and toys) Category
