Description —Identifies opportunities by researching internet, directory, industry and related events, publications, LinkedIn, and announcements; tracking individual contributors and their accomplishments. —Setting up in-person meetings or phone appointments with prospective marketplace sellers and company business development managers. —Managing and updating own business development contacts and data via company CRM. —Prioritize targets in terms of size of potential seller and likelihood (degree of difficulty) of acquiring. —Setting up and managing schedule of seller workshops, both onsite (at Souq.com office and offsite). —Identifying events where target sellers attend, regionally. —Support Business Development Manager in full capacity as needed. —Protects organizations value by keeping proprietary information confidential. —Display a high level of enthusiasm, commitment, and sales activities on a consistent daily basis. —Play a marketing coordinator role, attaining promotional and discount offers from existing sellers that Souq.com can promote to existing customers. —Talk passionately about e-commerce and its market potential to Souq.com existing and potential Seller Partners. —On-boarding Seller Partners in a professional manner while staying committed to company values to reflect the quality standards of Souq.com and its image.
Qualifications Minimum 3 years’ experience in sales, marketing, or account management. Minimum 3 years’ experience in fashion. Computer skills (MS Office).
