Description 1. Your role will be to manage existing relationships with our clients and develop new leads with potential ones. 2. Ensures delivery of company sales and revenue targets for serviced clients. 3. Collaborates with the marketing, brand management, project management and client service functions to deliver a complete customer experience. 4. Retains and grows served portfolios through improved customer satisfaction. 5. Ensures that all customer accounts are handled within the requirements and to the standards set and resolves escalated concerns to client satisfaction while taking preventive actions & periodical measures. 6. Conducts sales presentations and product demonstrations where applicable. 7. Manages key accounts to guarantee customer retention and cooperation expansion (upselling). 8. Coordinates the preparation of Sales proposals, tenders/bids, and contracts 9. Performs sales analysis and periodical researches to discover opportunities and identify points of strengths and of weaknesses. 10. Delivers periodic reports to account management heads. 11. Tracks all stages of the sales process and sales funnels from identification of leads coming from the marketing department, to following up prospecting calls to key clients. 12. Ensures flow of accurate information about the industry & competitors from the marketing department that allows informed decision making.
Qualifications 1. Fresh Graduate from an accredited university. 2. Excellent command of the English language. 3. Demonstrated excellence in writing and verbal communication. 4. Strong time management, interpersonal & problem solving skills. 5. Demonstrates personal drive to succeed and reach sales targets. 6. Strong and persuasive presentation skills.
