Description 1.Manage retail sales representatives & supervisors. 2.Set sales supervisors monthly sales targets. 3.Direct sales supervisors, help them to solve their sales areas issues. 4.Maintain sales routes periodically and match them with companys sales plans. 5.Maintain an updated customers list. 6.Review sales supervisors daily performance standards to assure achieving sales target and to confirm applying those standards. 7.Maintain periodic field visits to evaluate and record sales supervisors performance. 8.Make sales reports after releasing the new products about markets reactions and recommends. 9.Make continuous reports following up for the competitors products and the imitative products. 10.Develop sales team skills and assist them to enhance their performance. 11.To maintain a daily following up to sales team efficiency and advise them to improve performance. 12.To apply companys strategies and following up with supervisors to assure that. 13.Analyze sales and determining booming and growth chances. 14.Analyze sales targets according to categories and leading products. 15.Maintain effective connection with the administration and sales team. 16.Solve customer problems. 17.Plan and set the monthly sales forecasting needed. 18.Assure companys contracts execution and to apply company sales strategy.
Qualifications - BA from an accredited University. - Fluent English. - Excellent MS Office (Word + Excel + Power Point) and Computer user. - At least 3 years of experience in Sales Supervision or Managerial Level. - Strong communication, Creative thinking, Leadership, Time Management, Problem solving skills.
