Description — Managing the cash flow of the business. — Overseeing banking operations on a daily basis and working towards the goal of maximizing cash generation within the business. — Take overall control of the companys accounting function — Contribute fully to the development of company strategy across all areas of the business, challenging assumptions and decision-making as appropriate and providing financial analysis and guidance on all activities, plans, targets and business drivers. — Ensure that company financial systems are robust, compliant and support current activities and future growth. — Lead and develop finance teams. — Ensure corporate budgeting processes are carried out and reviewed. — Take ultimate responsibility for the company cash management policies. — Present annual accounts. — Preparation of weekly and quarterly forecasts and reporting on variances.
Qualifications • Field: experience in contracting field is a must. • Bachelor Degree. • 10 to 15 years of experience, from which at least 7 years in a managerial position • Must be able to prioritize workload. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. • Ability to handle high levels of pressure and critical decision-making. • Skills: Good English as well as Computer Skills and ERP System usage/implementation is an added asset. • Any additional Certificate (CMA, MBA,…) is highly preferable.
