Description The Graduate Trainee Programme is a one year programme in Dubai. During this time trainees will undergo a broad cross-functional orientation to the business in followed by a 6-month placement at the preferred function. At the end of the training program, high-fliers might be offered permanent employment within the Middle East and North Africa region.
Qualifications DORMA Middle East and North Africa needs graduates - preferably with engineering, management, finance degree, although other disciplines are also very welcome. University graduate or a post-graduate degree holder with a maximum of 2 years work experience, geographically mobile within the Gulf, Levant, and North Africa, and have excellent command of both Arabic and English. You are ambitious, proactive, eager to learn, grow, take up challenging assignments and deliver results in a professional work environment. You also have a high level of work ethic, commitment, and integrity.
