Description 1. Job Summary Ensure efficient and speedy administration of all requests in respect of queries, issuing new policies/endorsements, cancellations and renewals relating to Individual/Group Medical products within agreed upon service standards, policies, procedures and authority limits, so as to ensure maximum client satisfaction and company efficiency. 2. Role & Responsibilities Act as the focal point for all communication between Corporate Sales, Direct Sales TBA, Clients and the Operations department. Receive applications and ensuring all information is correctly filled and needed documents are in place according to company standards. Record the required data in the appropriate information system. Coordinate with the underwriting Unit for the underwriting of technical policies and endorsements. Print medical cards. Handel any additions and deletions during the year. Maintaining effective filing and follow up systems. Receive reimbursement claims and check that all documents are complete. Entry all reimbursement details in excel sheet including date received , policy number ,principal, ID number ,type of claim and claimed amount. Follow up sending and receiving claims to TPA.
Qualifications Good knowledge of insurance operations and re-insurance. Excellent analytical, logical and problem solving abilities. Highly motivated with an ability to handle work pressure and to meet tight deadlines. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with high customer service orientation in dealing with various internal clients as well as external reinsurance companies and business partners. Excellent time management and organization skills. Strong reporting and presentation skills. Good coaching and teamwork abilities. Excellent computer skills. Excellent written & spoken English and Arabic
