Description 1. Job Summary Ensure efficient and speedy administration of all requests in respect of queries, issuing new policies/endorsements, cancellations and renewals relating to Individual/Group Medical products within agreed upon service standards, policies, procedures and authority limits, so as to ensure maximum client satisfaction and company efficiency. 2. Role & Responsibilities  Act as the focal point for all communication between Corporate Sales, Direct Sales TBA, Clients and the Operations department.  Receive applications and ensuring all information is correctly filled and needed documents are in place according to company standards.  Record the required data in the appropriate information system.  Coordinate with the underwriting Unit for the underwriting of technical policies and endorsements.  Print medical cards.  Handel any additions and deletions during the year.  Maintaining effective filing and follow up systems.  Receive reimbursement claims and check that all documents are complete.  Entry all reimbursement details in excel sheet including date received , policy number ,principal, ID number ,type of claim and claimed amount.  Follow up sending and receiving claims to TPA.
Qualifications  Good knowledge of insurance operations and re-insurance.  Excellent analytical, logical and problem solving abilities.  Highly motivated with an ability to handle work pressure and to meet tight deadlines.  Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with high customer service orientation in dealing with various internal clients as well as external reinsurance companies and business partners.  Excellent time management and organization skills.  Strong reporting and presentation skills.  Good coaching and teamwork abilities.  Excellent computer skills.  Excellent written & spoken English and Arabic
