Description -Supervise as well as coordinates activities of workers engaged in loading plus unloading incoming outgoing freight at railroad stations -Determine number of workers equipment required to load or unload freight, using information obtained from waybills, other shipping records plus personal experience -Examine each item of freight for size weight for defining sequence of loading so that maximum amount of freight can be loaded into each car -Give instructions to Material Handler any industry to load freight into cars -Record description of each item of freight number of car in which it is loaded -Compare items of freight loaded or unloaded with listing on waybill or other shipping records to make sure that all freight is routed to specified destination Inform adjustment department of damaged freight -May notify railway clerical employee to affix door seal when freight car has been loaded -Perform other duties as described under Supervisor any industry Master Title.
