Description 1- To train the sales staff, according to the companys plan. 2- To Support all of the sales managers and supervisors to get the best ways to train the team. 3- To manage the internal training programs, including the induction program for new employees, according to the work plan. 4- To help sales development Manager to set the training needs of sales team by (Market visits, performance standards, attend sales meeting, etc. ‡). 5- To submit the proposals to develop the performance of the team.
Qualifications - 3:5 years of experience in sales training, including sales management and coaching. - Familiarity with FMCG industry is an advantage . - Understanding of adult learning theory, principles, and techniques. - Understanding of Consultative Selling Techniques (Is Preferable). - Financial Analysis Understanding. - Strong planning, project management, problem solving, communication and presentation skills. - ability to successfully develop sales training programs, utilizing skills in On-Boarding, program design & development, certification, role playing, and training technologies. - Ability to work independently and as part of a larger team to execute on project deliverables.
