Description - Ensure accurate and timely daily, monthly, quarterly and year end reporting. - Develop and maintain financial data bases. - Conducts weekly financial audit on the assigned language center, coordinates the audit process and prepares the findings report. - Ensure accurate and appropriate recording and analysis of revenues, expenses, and daily cash on the LCMS. - Performs related duties and responsibilities as required. - Follows up on the material inventory of the assigned language center. - Enters data derived from the CRM system on the peach tree. - Receives daily summary reports from the assigned language center and follows up on the daily cash deposits. - Performs other duties as assigned by the senior accountant. - Follows up on collections.
Qualifications Experience / Education: - Bachelor degree in accounting is a must. - 1-3 years experience in Accounting is a must. Qualifications: - Excellent user of Advanced Excel, and all Microsoft applications. - Very good command of spoken & written English. - Knowledge of accepted accounting practices and principles
