Description — Collaborate with the senior manager of sales and marketing and others to develop campaigns — and programs that are aligned with Goals. — Develop and manage marketing programs, which can include direct mail, email, social media, — webinars, videos, events, content, collateral, Web site, and marketing automation. — Responsible for the successful execution and day‐to‐day operation of marketing . — Collaborate with others to project manage programs. — Write, edit, proof and format content. — Responsible for manipulating lists and data used to support sales and marketing goals. — Test and monitor programs to optimize performance based on industry best practices. — Provide monthly reporting to management that includes recommendations to enhance future — campaign performance. — Recommend, document and implement processes to enhance marketing productivity. — Responsible for ensuring the firm meets and maintains compliance regulations.
Qualifications 2+ years of experience in marketing,  Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications or business  Knowledge of and passion for marketing concepts, methods and techniques  very good knowledge to working on photoshop program  Experience with Microsoft products, email marketing automation technology, online registration systems, social media platforms, Word Press, and Google Analytics strongly preferred
