Description Prepare the quotations, polices and invoices for the group life, credit life and group pension plans. Refer to the reinsurer when necessary while preparing the quotations. Responsible for the individual underwriting under the group polices. Having the responsibility of following up on the alterations including the additions and terminations and prepare the necessary endorsements. Issuing any requirements or endorsements the client requires. Liaising with sales department, clients and reinsurers. Produce statistical and revenue information. Set meetings with customers to solve any problems that arise if needed. Follow up on collecting all the premiums from the clients. Calculate claims amounts and coordinate with the Finance Department for implementation whenever needed. Provide customer service, such as giving limited instructions on how to proceed with claims. Review claims made against the company because of death or disability to ensure that these are within the policy terms and that all genuine claims are met and paid. Liaise with the reinsurer for the approval of the claim and the payment when necessary Prepare all the reports related to the Claims including the pending and paid claims Prepare the reinsurance bordereaux and sending it to the reinsurer for the group and credit life business Prepare all the reports related to the group and credit life business including the monthly reports and EFSA reports Coaching and ensuring the motivation of the managed team members.
Qualifications Good educational background in actuarial studies. 3-5 years of experience in underwriting. Good medical knowledge. Good knowledge of insurance operations and re-insurance. Excellent analytical, logical and problem solving abilities. Highly motivated with an ability to handle work pressure and to meet tight deadlines. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with high customer service orientation in dealing with various internal clients as well as external reinsurance companies and business partners. Excellent time management and organization skills. Strong reporting and presentation skills. Good coaching and teamwork abilities. Excellent computer skills. Excellent written & spoken English and Arabic
