Description The accountabilities for role at this level are to implement schedules for operational maintenance activities in a discipline-specific area to ensure operational deadlines and service standards are met through the optimisation of plans and cost-effective deployment of resources. - Identify the needed electrical maintenance operations from Hardware, Software and equipment in the factory and distribute the work on the staff. - Assist in preparing the annual maintenance program in coordination with the direct manager. - Prioritises and implements schedules relating to planned and predictive maintenance and repair activities for an allocated area. - Ensures all approved procedures and manuals are current, readily available, understood and complied with by all technicians and assistants. - Analyse and improve the maintenance process of any electrical equipment in the factory.
Qualifications - Bachelor of Science in an Engineering disciple, preferably Electro-Mechanical. - A minimum of 2-4 years stretching experience in a commercial/industrial enterprise maintenance/production environment.
