Description 1. Prepares the schematic design and the design tender drawings. 2. Ensures that the architectural design and final working drawings are in accordance with the consultant and architectural standards. 3. Provides any engineering support and/or advice to project teams. 4. Meet with clients to provide the advent project drawings and which requires modifying for already existing designs. 5. Provides the construction team with missing drawings or information to process through the execution stage. Supervise the project preliminary stages. 6. Supervises the work of the architecture team and provide guidance when needed 7. Ensures that construction work on site is implemented in compliance with the final working drawings. 8. Manage, Direct, and supervise the work of architects and other staff working on the different projects and provide guidance as needed.
Qualifications Architecture Engineer with overall 15 years of experience in Real Estate .At least 10 years of experience in Managerial Level

Experience 10-15 Years.
Other Skills 10+ years of experience building and managing development teams in Real Estate. Strong skills in project management methodologies and tools . Advanced written and oral communication capabilities with the ability to influence and successfully interface with executive leadership.
