Description — Oversee the entire project work and must be able to anticipate a demands in terms of labor, materials, equipment and technical challenges Ensure that all contractual and legal matters related to the projects are dealt with properly and promptly Coordinate with Procurement Department and monitor the material procurement activities for the project. Ensure that the client is properly billed and those payments are received in a timely manner Monitor, identify, and analyze all projects costs with a view of facilitating the completion of the projects at minimum cost and well within budget limit. Prepare all documents necessary for the follow-up of Projects activity (Reports, Invoicing Planning and Management Information etc.). Monitor & control Budget Margins, doing the best to improve or maintain the booked margins Control and implement action plans to optimize the utilization of resources, equipment, material, tools etc. within projects Ensure that the projects safety and quality control systems, properly and efficiently satisfies the requirements of the Contract/Clients. Reviewing contract variations, specification variations and extra claims with project teams during execution
Qualifications B.sc of Civil Engineering or equivalent Not less than 10 Years’ Experience in the same field, high-rise and Hotel buildings projects would Preferable, Familiar with the International Standards Codes and Specifications, able to relocate is a Must.
