Description — Day-to-day management of the site, including supervising and monitoring the site labor force and monitoring the work of any subcontractors Manage the work done in the site based on the available equipment , people and materials Manage the occupational health and safety plans and ensure all instructions are done Review the designs and drawings and make sure that it is matching with the project civil plan Works with other site engineers and construction manager in the inspections and collections of information Prepare the project equipment plan in terms of equipment , machines and materials and get the approval of the site project manager and manage the supply based on the time plan Manage the project requirements of the workers, technician, etc... and arrange with the human resources for the supply Assists in maintaining drawing files, drawing register, quality records and site filing system Planning the work and efficiently organizing the project and site facilities in order to meet agreed deadlines. Liaise with clients and their representatives (architects, engineers and surveyors), including attending regular meetings upon request to keep them informed of progress.
Qualifications B.sc of Civil Engineering or equivalent, PMP®/ RMP®/ PgMP® Certifications will be a plus, Not less than 7 Years’ Experience in the same field, high-rise and Hotel buildings projects would Preferable , Able to relocate is a Must.
