Description —The ERP Business Analyst provides expertise in requirements gathering and definition. —Creating of process flows and System testing and configuration. —Work closely with Developers and Users to leverage technology for business operations. —Consults with company personnel to determine business, functional and technical requirements for specified applications and map them with Oracle Processes. —Coordinates the development of all approved versions of business and functional specifications for specified applications. Reviews use cases and other technical documents with IT project staff to ensure business requirements are adequately reflected in technical planning documents. —Develops effective reporting tools for the business unit. —Conduct problem diagnosis and implement a timely resolution. —Provide internal and external training to Oracle Users. —Analyzes the business units activities and trends and compares analyses against the service standards and best practices. Presents findings and works with the Business Unit Leader and other personnel to identify and implement strategies that will address tactical and strategic goals. —Prepares routine reports (quality, production, customer service, operational efficiency, market share, etc.). —Analyzes trends and recommends adjustments address and/or capitalize on trends. —Maintain ERP system performance by performing system monitoring and analysis, and performance tuning; troubleshooting system hardware, software, networks and operating and system management systems; designing and running system load/stress testing; escalating application problems to vendor. —Establish ERP system specifications by conferring with users; analyzing workflow, access, information, and security requirements; designing system infrastructure.
Qualifications •Bachelors required in Computer Science or Management Information Systems or B.Com. •Oracle Certification in specific Track. •A minimum of 8 years experience configuring the ERP system module and/or functionality. •8+ years as a Business Analyst and experience in requirements gathering. •8+ years of experience in the analysis and testing of ERP Systems. •Understanding of cross module integration. •Ability to solve and resolve issues outside assigned module. •Have experience with SQL language and Oracle Tools. •Exceptional analytical and problem resolution skills. •Ability to handle multiple tasks and projects and Multicultural Awareness. •Good communication skills both written and oral.
