Description - Prepare reports, memos, letters and other documents, using word processing, spreadsheet, database, or presentation software. - Screens incoming calls and correspondence. - Attend meetings to record minutes. - File and retrieve corporate documents, records, and reports. - Designs office filing systems; ensures systems are kept up-to-date. - Manage calendar, coordinate schedules and make appointments. - Managing the companys assets maintenance and supervising it regularly. - Prepare reports, memos, contracts and letters. - Handling the regular maintenance of the companys computers and network op - Maintains and establishes an updated filing system and database - Monitor and record long distance phone calls - Receive and distribute incoming emails, faxes and related materials and follow up with chain managers to assure proper feedback - Handle hotel booking; pick up assistance, meetings agenda for foreign visitors. - Follow up with the secretary for each department to arrange and prepare management presentations, board meetings, business trips. - Providing information to managers, co-workers, and subordinates by telephone, in written form, e-mail, or in person.
Qualifications Interpersonal skill • Communication skills • Excellent command of English • Good command in Microsoft office (word, excel, outlook …etc,)
