Description o Operational management: organizing stock and equipment, ordering supplies and overseeing building maintenance, cleanliness and security; the restaurant complies with health and safety regulations; Preparing reports and other performance analysis documentation Reporting to and attending regular meetings with management team or head office representatives / consultants Implementing branded promotional campaigns from head office including the handling of point of sale promotional materials, or devising your own promotional campaigns. Test cooked food by tasting and smelling it , Monitor food preparation Investigate and resolve complaints regarding food quality, service, or accommodations. Schedule, checking and receive food and beverage deliveries o Financial management: planning and working to budgets, maximizing profits and achieving sales targets set by head office, controlling takings in the restaurant, administering payrolls, etc o People management: recruiting new staff, training and developing existing staff , motivating and encouraging staff to achieve targets, coordinating staff scheduling and rotation Ensuring high standards of customer service are maintained and their complaints. Implementing, and instilling in their teams, company policies procedures, ethics
Qualifications • Bachelor Degree, Preferably Tourism & Hotel • Relevant Experience in Fast Food & Take away • Own a Car • Excellent communication skills • A confident and determined approach • Flexibility - and the ability to cope with rejection & Complains • Self-motivation and drive • Able to stay alert and be able to exercise quick thinking • English Language skills • Ability to handle pressure and maintain an adequate energy level • ( Working conditions
