Description Prepare Master schedule and Budget — Prepare detailed schedule using Primavera P6 (Mobilization, Engineering, Procurement, Construction Schedule and Material Delivery). — Evaluate Main Contractors Proposals and Award one based on the evaluation Criteria — Monitor and Control the Construction Schedules and Costs. — Monitor Critical/ Near Critical Paths. — Monitor Main Contractor Payments. — Revise the schedule & create new version of baseline if needed — Preparing and Reporting a narrative progress report at monthly basis that depicts clearly status of the project progress and issues of concern with regard to constraints. — Performing any necessary adjustments or/and recovery plans to the program to respect the time frame. — Review Technical Specification, BOQ, drawings and quantity take off. Mentoring the program on a daily basis and updated with actual progress on a weekly basis. — Preparing a narrative progress report at monthly basis that depicts clearly status of the project progress and issues of concern with regard to constraints. — Performing any necessary adjustments or/and recovery plans to the program to respect the time frame of the project. — Attending management progress meetings with the Client or/and Team members to discuss the project status and progress. — Participated as a Project Controller to monitor and control all the project continuing actions.
Qualifications From 5 to 7 years of experience in the same field. Programs: Primavera P6.
