Description — In coordination with Projects Engineering Manager in regard to controlling Engineering activities. — Sets and monitors company`s goals and recommends effective ways to achieve these goals. — Preparation of the monthly project report — Reviews Contractor(s) schedule submittals to determine if the submittals meet the contract requirements. If submittals are deficient, He is responsible to formally notify the contractor in writing of the deficiencies. — Reviews projects overall schedule. — Supports Tracking of Contractors progress against milestone dates. — On continuous basis assesses the projects in preparing procedures and practices pertaining to planning function to ensure optimum achievement of departments and contractor performance. — Creates progress and performance curves. — Establishes the process to ensure that all actions are consistent with the projects plans. — Ensures performance reviews are conducted on field planning staff in accordance with established schedule. — Monitors all payment invoices either for contractors or GEMS. — Participates in analysing study for the impact of claims and variations orders on time schedule and cash flow. — Follows-up, reviews the periodical progress report of the time schedule for design and construction phase including the reasons for delays, recommend action to recover delays and target works in the next period. — Analyzes Contract(s) to highlight areas of risk such as ambiguities, conflicts or deviations from the scope of work. As work proceeds, make recommendations to the SCM actions and recommend appropriate — Project performance analyses, databases, and benchmarking project status with planning tools and graphical presentation. — Provides CD with reviews and analysis of the Contract financial data. —
Qualifications • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, written and verbal English. • Client facing role, ability to manage client requirements. o Primavera o PMP
