Description Supervising the team and overseeing the assigned workload, which includes monitoring and enforcing all security policies to ensure adequate controls for better protection of the Treasury Ensuring that all work within a specific area of Treasury activity is carried out in an efficient and procedurally compliant manner Implement approved departmental policies, processes, procedures and instructions to subordinates and monitor their adherence so that work is carried out in a controlled manner Assist in standardize the internal policies and controls by establishing and monitoring department objectives, standards, guidelines, and budget to assist in achieving proper management of department. Supervises the day-to-day operations of Treasury to ensure that work processes are implemented as designed and comply with established policies, processes and procedures Assist in Input transactions in the treasury management system and maintain the blotter up-to-date and accurate (Treasury revenue detail, including computer and ledger forms when appropriate by using Oracle ) Assist the Treasury Department Manager by handling & preparing month-end treasury reporting, manage the cash transactions along with the loans and overdrafts in addition to the reviewing of the bank reconciliation. develop an automated daily corporate cash reporting and management tool, produce a daily consolidated cash position report and prepare month-end journal entries to assist in providing data for the top management
Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Finance / Accounting Very good English Strong problem solving skills 7 years relevant experience in Finance including at least 3 years in Treasury
