• Handle outgoing calls in order to sell and up-sell company’s products & services • Analyze team achievement reports every hour for daily assessment • Handle customers who had subscribed online through our website to manager their ADSL service. • Update Excel sheet to follow with customer to sell DSL service • Handle Sales calls through different channels to increase company’s revenue. • Develop new ideas and approaches to increase customer base and market share. • Handle special cases and tasks related to Selling processes in order to achieve customer satisfaction. • Prepare Sales and work-related reports to report daily to higher level management. • Register new domain (local domains & international domains and Arabic domains) new and transfer. • Handle all client’s technical problems like ( changing records ,mails problem , hosting problem • Handling all clients’ collection and billing problems • Update our Database : update LINKdotNET domains database with all customer info (Company name , Company Address , Contact Person , Telephone , Mobile , Customer Email , Fax)
Qualifications • Education (Bachelor’s Degree( preferable Business/Commerce), Sales/Customer Service courses) • Experience (Fresh graduates is acceptable ,but preferable to have at least 1 year experience in sales field) • Skills (Very good spoken & written English & Arabic, Sales persuasive skills, negotiation skills, customer service skills, Flexible and dynamic, able to work in a team, deal with different people, ability to work under high-stress environment, Courteous, attentive and patient in dealing with the public (can be gained after 1 year)
