• Assist the Account Manager and Account Director in day-to-day activities • Maintain regular contact with the clients and cater for their requirements. • Execute the clients requirements as per the brief and agreed upon changes. • Manage the processing of the clients projects on a pre-determined schedule. • Assist in writing the clients briefs and communicate them to the Agency’s various departments. • Liaise with all Agency departments and follow-up on clients requirements. • Ensure that all deadlines are met and proactively inform the Account Manager and/or the Account Director of any delays. • Generate and update various status reports. • Provide ongoing updates to the Account Manager and the Account Director. • Promote and maintain good inter-departmental relations, communications and participation in Client business • Perform other duties as required.
Qualifications Education • Bachelor degree from a recognized university preferably in Business Administration. Professional Experience • Account Executive: Minimum of 1 year of experience working for a reputable advertising agency in client servicing or previous internship in a similar role. Special Knowledge and Skills • Excellent written and oral communication skills • Strong attention to detail • Excellent interpersonal skills • Excellent organizational skills • Excellent follow-up skills • Results focused • Ability to work in a fast pace and high stress environment • Excellent problem solving skills
