Supports the IT Director in managing all functions of the Information Technology department. The Deputy Director of IT is responsible for management of projects, supervision of departmental staff members and recommendations regarding IT policies and procedures.
Qualifications • Experience in managing the IT service desk team including their task assignment, knowledge acquisition. • Strong background about Planning and managing all IT projects • Background about managing the first line support for all company infrastructure systems on the server level and telephony systems. • Background related to Managing the Datacenter as well as safekeeping and managing all company suppliers contracts, data backups, passwords for all systems, etc.,.. • Experience in managing suppliers • Experience in IT policies, processes and procedures creation and periodic revision. • Technical experience in managing systems and network will be a plus. • ITIL foundation is a plus.
