•Monthly closings and preparation of monthly financial statements.•Assist with preparation and coordination of the audit process.•Review, print and send the bank statement on daily basis.•Prepare billing status reports.•Handling daily cash balances, draw up monthly financial reports.•Interpreting and communicating financial data to non-financial manager.•Analyze business operations, trends, costs, revenues, financial commitments and obligations to project future revenues and expenses or to provide advice.•Prepare analysis of accounts as requested.•Administer accounts receivable and accounts payable. •Accounts Receivable, including processing payments, producing statement of accounts.•Banking, processing bank deposits, including trips to the bank.•Processing Employee expense reports, verifying expenses are within the company guidelines, correcting errors, questioning abnormal expenses and entering into the finance system. •Accounts receivable – assisting with daily invoicing.•Maintain controls over accounting transactions.•Protect the company’s value by keeping information confidential•Receive and review purchase orders.•Audit and process purchasing cards•Maintains and updates the invoice register for paid invoices. •Responsible for distribution of checks.•Reconciles petty cash balances monthly.•Keeps communication with banks for transfers.
Qualifications •Bachelor degree of accounting •Excellent user of MS. Office •Experience: 1 – 3 years of experience •Strong interpersonal skills •English: Good •Flexibility and ability to work under pressure
