1. Interacts with co-workers, vendors, the general public and representatives of other organizations to obtain and disseminate information, advise on projects, resolve conflicts, set priorities, coordinate activities, complete projects within time and budget constraints, and provide assistance. 2. Analyzes telecommunications problems and needs (e.g. interference, intelligibility, clarity, etc.) to determine the most appropriate means of reducing, eliminating and/or avoiding current and future problems and improving communications. 3. Determines appropriate configurations of telecommunications hardware and software to ensure the desired performance of telecommunications equipment. 4. Researches, gathers and compiles relevant technical information to enhance, modify and maintain assigned networks and telecommunications systems. 5. Attends meetings, conferences, task forces, committees, events, etc. to provide and receive updated information, work in unity with other agencies with similar telecommunication equipment and system interests, and assure the organization’s position is represented. 6. Evaluates new products and services from vendors to determine applicability to hardware, software, networks and telecommunications systems in use by client agencies. 7. Researches federal, state and local laws, rules, regulations, ordinances, policies and procedures to ensure compliance and client agencies in the provision of telecommunications systems, and ensure systems are operated within the legal parameters. 8. Maintains and analyzes telecommunications equipment inventory used by client agencies to determine quantities needed by age, make, user and other qualifiers, and determine base information for equipment replacement issues. 9. Coordinates and inspects the work of associates, vendors, service providers, contractors, subcontractors and others to ensure safety and compliance with recognized standards and specifications.
Qualifications Qualification: 1. Min 2 Years performing as “GSM Telecommunications Engineer” 2. Huawei BTS & GSM experience & VDF account previous Experience 3. Bachelors degree in Electrical & Communications engineering.
