• Auditing on all running functions and provide technical reports to show all functions response and performance. • Provide all requested reports on daily basis. • Handle all customer requests according to the agreed contract. • Handle all network related customer complain with technical teams. • Run escalation matrix regarding to any detected violations. • Coordinate between Huawei teams and 3rd parties to make sure that the process is being run smoothly.
Qualifications • BSc. In communication engineering • Good communication skills • Good presentation skills • Good command of Microsoft office application • Good command of English language • Committed, creative and self-motivated • Ability to work in both regular and shift basis
