Managing, monitoring and planning Hikma Egypt Maintenance Function operations including coordinating plant maintenance, maintenance warehouse and instrumentation and control activities, while ensuring their completion in a timely manner and in compliance with set standards, as well as assessing Hikma Egypt machines, systems, equipments and instrumentation to ensure they are up to standards. Supervise on conducting preventative and corrective maintenance measures on Plant machinery and equipment to assure safety and compliance with rules and regulations Monitoring the required qualifications tests for the Plant machines and systems. Analyzing and improving key maintenance parameters such as asset utilization and maintenance costs Managing the maintenance activities and urgent repair orders, and advising on equipment status and operational condition Monitoring all repairs thoroughly so that all replacement parts as well as any necessary spares or parts kept in inventory are ordered in a timely manner in coordination with Purchasing function Managing the maintenance, repair, and re-installation of equipment while ensuring that all safety procedures are followed properly Participating in the development of the Maintenance function’s work plan; distributing and following up on work activities, projects and programs, monitoring work flow and reviewing work methods and procedures Suggesting plans and programs to boost the effectiveness of the Maintenance function Initiating and directing plants maintenance program based on best practices in the pharmaceutical industry Managing and supporting maintenance activities, and reviewing equipments state and operational condition in order to minimize unplanned downtime and identify opportunities of improvement
Qualifications - B.Sc. degree in Mechanical Engineering
