1. Record all type of transaction which related to construction, Accounts Payable, Notes payable cycle and governmental parties 2. Make & Maintain the subsidiary journal, general ledger, subsidiary ledger and subsidiary trail balance 3. Improve and design if it required the procedures can lead to effective internal control environment. 4. Accept authority, responsibility and accountability for all administrative and accounting procedure, budgeting, cash flow, internal controls, monitoring and preservation of the company assets 5. Assist the Controller and Director of Construction with implementing practices and procedures, and completing reports as required. 6. Enter estimates into Project Management, as well as perform any project management duties and responsibilities. 7. Comply with and enforce all governmental laws, policies and regulations 8. Ensure appropriate procedures for financial reporting, record keeping and documentation which maintains files in an orderly, accurate and current manner 9. .Maintain all checking and savings accounts and reconcile daily and monthly. Submit the monthly reconciliation to the Controller for approval. Monitor the cash flow and inform the Controller and Director of Construction of the status of each account. 10. Perform audits on a regular basis to verify transactions and prepare all related reports as required by director
Qualifications Education Background Faculty of commerce Or other Major Accounting Certificates if required CMA Language Recommendation – Level Good command of English Computer Skills Recommended - High knowledge of MS office - Ability to work through electronic systems - Internet skills required
