     1. Deals with the Managers incoming mail, including assessing its priority, collating it with relevant background information and presenting it in a logical and orderly manner, then allocate, where necessary. 2. Drafts responses to straightforward correspondences, and deal with it to minimize the volume of direct responses required from the Manager. 3. Deals with the Board Members and other top managers outgoing correspondences, ensuring its accuracy and timely production and dispatch. 4. Performs some translation in both Arabic and English as requested. 5. Manages the Manager diary, to ensure that she is able to fulfill her commitments in accordance with her agreed priorities. 6. Ensures the accurate and timely production of all reports and papers generated by the Manager. This will of course involve drafting papers. 7. Read, Summaries and write comments of all reports presented by others departments. 8. Follow up on jobs required from Brand Managers, PR Manager, Retail Manager and check before deadlines 9. Organizes meetings, receiving visitors to the Manager. 10. Produces notes of the Manager meetings and ensuring follow-up action is carried out. 11. Organizes travel arrangements and hotel reservations as necessary for the Manager within Egypt and overseas. 12. To ensure up-to-date and accurate filing for all files required by the Manager i.e. filling correspondences, Reports, visiting cards according to field of business & putting dates. 13. Renew and reorganize the filling system
