1- Organize all kind of intervention to the Network. 2- Monitor Doors alarm for all Region ( Delta – Upper – Alex – Sinai ) 3- Calling guards to check reason for all door Alarms 4- Create Trouble Tickets in program ( MOS 5100 ) 5- Inform Huawei &Etisalat Retention team by all Door alarm by Escalation level 6- Responsible For all illegal intervention, informing Retention team and Area Managers to take necessary actions IN case Illegal Intervention . Take Full Data about Illegal Intervention FM ( ID – Phone no - ID NO – Company ) . Send SMS for illegal intervention cases for Area Managers. 7- Generate Weekly &Monthly illegal intervention cases done by SC to assign penalty against them 8- Organize all kinds of intervention to the Network. 9- Generate Daily Report for all intervention cases happened in all Regions 10- Receive SMS from FM to enter sites to make actions in all the Network 11- Send SMS after checking approval to FM to let them to enter the sites 12- Generate Daily Reports for all CM,SIR,and CR 13- Generate Daily& Weekly,Monthly Dash Board for all stolen cases, preventive cases, and Illegal intervention cases happened in all Regions. 14- Responsible to make and update Etisalat authorized access team List 15- . Check all Data for every Implementer at Etisalat access list 16- Generate Daily outage Report (Include all CR enter out Network since maintains window time 17- Generate Daily,Weekly,monthly Guard Activation Report ensure that they are Exist in sites 18- Create Accurate Data Base for all Guards in the Network(Full Name,Number) 19- Generate Weekly, Monthly Reports for faulty Sensors in the Network. 20- Responsible to collect Security area Check List from Security Team. 21- Working On NIM project and insert all Security Physical status on NIM (200 Sites per week) 22- Working with Customer to create Security Index project for all the Network (Site Weight, Site Security Physical Status, History of Stolen cases )
Qualifications - From 1-5 Years’ Experience - BSc. In communication engineering • Good communication skills • Good presentation skills • Good command of Microsoft office application • Good command of English language • Committed, creative and self-motivated • Ability to work in both regular and shift basis
