     *Handle the reception Area and responsible to be there during all the working hours. *Handle income/outgoing calls on daily bases. *Take notes to the concerned parties if he is not available and resolve any inquiries in the reception area. *Send Notification E-mail to the concerned parties regarding publishing & stationary. *Execute these purchase orders to the suppliers. *Receive/ and review all admin invoices. *Handle telecommunication and relevant invoices according to the process. *Coordinate with the travelling agency regarding the ticketing issuance.
