Developing company’s policies and procedures. 7. Developing HR manual and employee Handbook. 8. Developing the Performance Appraisal Management System 9. Handle annual Training plan. 10. Handle record keeping; follow up of training requests status. 11. Updating the Training Requests status report. 12. Follow up the Account with the Industrial Modernization Center (IMC). 13. Follow up the Attendance System and printing of the magnetic cards.
Qualifications Bachelors degree Human resources management, business administration, or a related field Up to five years of experience may be required

Experience 3 - 5 Years.
