     • Carrying administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, scanning etc • Follow up on the inquiries of the clients • Handle phone calls •Greet and assist clients •Order and manage office supplies •Maintaining computer and manual filing systems •Follow up on daily reports to be submitted on time •Create Quotations •Coordinate with different departments (Stock: for reports and inquiries), (Alex branch: on quotations, work in process, reports.), (HR: on the leaves, attendance, and overtime sheet) •Creates Database system and daily update it •Submit and reconcile expense reports •Implement survey system •Perform other duties as assigned 
Qualifications    •Good command of Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Internet using •Communication skills, strong organizational and time management, ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously, strong interpersonal skills, and problem solving skills.
