1. Develops and maintains a detailed project schedule which includes administrative tasks and all sites involved in the project. 2. Participation in R&D Team Meetings. 3. Coordinate meetings, including travel arrangements and expense reports. 4. Maintain Project Managers calendars. 5. Resources Allocation. 6. Ensure coordination of Marketing, and Operations. 7. Prepare and/or edit meeting minutes, presentations and tables. 8. Team Built, and assessment. 9. Ensure adherence to deadlines. 10. File all project documents (hard and soft copies) 11. Ensure coordination of the interfaces with the customers, and the top management. 12. The detailed schedule will include all project phases and dependencies including at least preliminary engineering, property review and acquisition, detailed design, material procurement, installation, test and turn-up, and site and system acceptance. 13. Responsible to track project changes and produces updated site based schedule as agreed with engineering and project management. 14. Responsible to take input from the business analysts and project engineers to develop and maintain the detailed schedule. 15. Responsible for internal quality control before delivering the service to the client. 16. Responsible for assuring the measurement of all the devices used in sites are collaborated. 17. Assure the compliance with all company QMS & HSE MS. 18. Maintaining a good relationship & interaction with team members and clients, keeping company information private & confidential, responsibility in achieving company`s objectives, maintain a professional and tidy appearance.
Qualifications • Only B.Sc. of Electronic Engineering Electronics and Electrical Communications Department Or power • Excellent command of computer software applications, and internet usage. • Excellent knowledge of electronic equipment, PC maintenance, and building up LANs. • Cisco Certified Network • Ability to learn new technologies and new tasks quickly. • Ambitious, Able to work under stress, and Deal with difficult situations.
