To execute the Product Development operations for both new products and improvement of existing products ensuring alignment with the company’s overall strategies. Understands and interprets the customer requirements based on data obtained from the Marketing & Sales Departments. Works closely with the commercial teams to provide recommendations on product improvement and communicates it to the production for trial. Ensure the execution of the raw materials/suppliers qualification process. Reviews the BOM (Bill of Material) for all new products to validate its accuracy and submit to Management for approval. Execute any developed/new products. Prepare proper documentation of samples, specifications, test procedures and records.
Qualifications Bachelor degree in Agricultural Sciences or Chemical engineering. Minimum 3+ years or experience in FMCG factories with a focus on Baking Mixes,Catering R&D. Initiative and Proactive. Works under Pressure. Results-oriented. Excellent verbal /written communication skills. Extremely organized and highly motivated.
