Conduct employees’ orientation /induction as well as soft skills workshops so that new employees are quickly integrated into the organization. Assist in Conceptualizing and implementing an effective training needs analysis process that links Performance Management with developmental needs of people that are aligned with the business strategy. Write material for new training programs; review, evaluate, and modify existing and proposed programs; recommend appropriate changes to keep the information employees get up to date. Research, plan, organize and measure effectiveness of training programs for staff. Assist with performance appraisal and with writing Job Descriptions. Coordinate training events of the company (inside and outside the company).
Qualifications Qualification: College degree. HR Post graduate studies is a plus. TOT certified is a plus. Skills: Excellent command of MS office and English language Good knowledge of Training Material, manuals and job aids designing. Experience: At least 3 years’ experience at HR.
