Partner with operational department heads to identify hiring needs and execute sourcing and recruiting plans. Implement the strategy and methodology about CV screening and candidates sourcing through effective channels including proactive search, networking, internet postings, etc. Effectively manage the candidate process, including assessments, interview coordination, and offer negotiation. Reviewing recruitment policies to ensure effectiveness of selection techniques and recruitment programs. Prepare internal/external job ads. Issue job offers. Assist with performance appraisal and with writing Job Descriptions.
Qualifications Qualification: College degree. HR Post graduate studies is a plus. Skills: Excellent command of MS office and English language Experience: At least 3 years’ experience at HR.
