Admitting patients requiring special care followed by investigations and treatment. Examining and talking to patients during Onsite visits when needed. Making notes and preparing paperwork, arranging & scheduling for the onsite visits. Undertaking managerial responsibilities such as planning the workload and staffing of the department. Generating daily reports for The On – Site Dr activities according to a preset procedure for monitoring on site tasks. Coordinating with HR for HR related issues regarding replacement, complains & hiring. Provide training sessions once in a month to On Site Doctors to familiarize them with trends with the clients. Assists Network Manager in creating action plans in response to achieving the best pattern for all workflows in the unit. Assist in developing guidelines within the department. Establishing a pool of selected candidates with inter correlation with HR , plus being a part of the selection process.
Qualifications Qualification: Bachelors of Medicine & Surgery. Overall at least 3 years experience as On Site Doctor and a previous experience in managing On Site Doctors would be a plus.

Other Skills Decisive, good decision making skills, ability to respond to situations in an appropriate manner. Strong negotiation, communication, attention to detail and time management skills. Thorough knowledge of MS Office applications. Strong organizing and planning skills to work independently with efficiency and accuracy Requires tact and discretion in dealing with and handling confidential information. Leadership skills.
