- Welcome Store’s Clients and answers their inquiries in a professional and friendly way to fulfill their needs. - Advice both prospect and exciting customers on our Coffee products, services, and assist the prospect ones in their selection during their purchase. - Create reports of the boutique’s traffic, sales revenue to measure the boutique’s achievement. - Maximize the sale of our products presented in our boutiques (Coffee Machines, Coffee Capsules, and Accessories). -Carry out an initial analysis of machines breakdown reported by customers to orient them as effectively as possible towards the after sale services.
Qualifications - Bachelor degree is a must - Very Good command of English language. -1 to 2 years previous experience in direct customer sales, face to face customer service. - Excellent communication skills, ability to multi-task, attention to details.
