•Supervise the safety, health and environmental activities inside the plant. risk management, emergency and evacuation planning , firefighting system , work permissions , specify the required PPEs , ensure availability and proper use of PPEs , recording system of all safety events , following the environmental standards , safety training programs and providing OHS governmental office with all required documents to match the legal requirements and ensure safe work environment. .Supervise the plant firefighting system (fire hydrant, fire hoses, fire sprinklers and the fire bump), fire alarm system (Control panel, detectors and the fire call point), supervise and control the consumption and usage of personal protective equipment (PPEs) to ensure the plant and employees’ safety. •Organize, manage and control the safety work permits to eliminate the work hazards. •Supervise the inspection activities of the heavy equipment’s to avoid failures that may lead to accidents. safety policies, procedures and rules. •Follow up and monitor the environmental issues and conditions regarding the Waste Gas’s measurements to maintain a clean environment to meet the legal requirements. •Conduct the hazards risk assessment in the factory with collaboration of the safety team, prepare and develop the risk management plan, the emergency plan and the evacuation plan to control the work hazards and to be ready for emergency situations. • Manage and lead the safety investigations for work accidents or near miss, analyze root causes, take proper corrective action, communicate the lesson learned with department manager and employees to avoid its occurrence in the future and provide safe work environment. job holder is reporting to HR & Admin Senior manager
Qualifications B.SC degree. Health and safety specialist certificate
