Daily reconciliation and settlement for payment with Master Card on Fawry channels (POSs, website) and resolve the emerging disputes • Handling with our Acquirer bank (AAIB) our online payment website. (Fraud monitor, reconciliation, customer’s experience satisfaction) • Handling with our Acquirer bank ( NBE) POSs batches handling and receipts archiving. • Handling internal technical issues with support team. • Preparing monthly reports for all card payments analysis and improvements. • Handling received chargebacks and copy requests received as an acquirer channels (POS & Online ‘E-commerce’)by sending supporting documents to our contact company with MasterCard ,NPC. • Taking decisions of entering arbitration cases . • Financial Reporting and Analysis to Management . • Daily Fawry sales shortage amounts ( collections VS deposits)
Qualifications Graduated from Faculty of Commerce • Experience for 2 years • Preferable to have relevant work in reconciliation of transactions • Computer Skills (E-Mail/Word/Excel) • Fair communication skills and ability to handle personal interaction • Good command of English language
