1- Liaising with the T.P.A or Members to take full details of a claim. 2- Working with the T.P.A or Participant Member to ensure the claim is genuine. 3- Liaising with the broker who placed the risk, and the underwriters. 4- Ensuring a fair settlement for the client in the event of a claim. 5- Communicating with both sides to ensure that the client is receiving good service. 6- Communicating with EFSA in all related Medical Takaful claims. 7- Following up with related departments in issuing compensation Cheques for the medical Takaful claims with finance, operations.
Qualifications - 1-3 years of experience. - Bachelor of medicine. - Good knowledge of insurance products and operations. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. - Excellent interpersonal skills to deal with various internal clients as well as external reinsurance companies and business partners. - Ability to work in teams. - Creative and highly motivated with an ability to handle work pressure and to meet tight deadlines. - Strong mathematical skills. - Strong reporting and presentation skills. - Good computer skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint,). - Good written & spoken English and Arabic.
