Job Level Senior
1-Review all current HR & Admin functions and propose development areas. 2-Ensure HR & Admin Functions are operating in line with Company policy. 3-Review, amend and develop job descriptions and qualifications required for the entire organization. 4-Supervise HR & Admin Team to get the best output and ensure they have the required skills and tools to perform to their utmost. 5-Solid control over payroll tasks from preparation to payment, and able to deliver on time. 6-Develop an effective and credible HR Support function and implement improved process and procedures company wide. 7-Tracking the return of performance review documents and logging any subsequent training needs. 8-Supervise Recruitment activities. 9-Ensure employment contracts are renewed on due time. 10-Ensure personnel files are maintained in both hard and soft formats and ensure employee records are up-to-date according to status changes. 11-Ensure compliance with several government authorities. 12-Follow up Medical Insurance Renewal and new staff additions.
Qualifications Bachelors or higher degree in Business Management a professional certificate/license is preferred. Advanced Human Resources Degree or MBA is a plus. •Minimum of Five years of experience in HR & Admin practices and procedures, preferably at a project oriented organization or professional service. •English fluency is a must. •Possess a strong analytical background and excellent math skills; Strong problem solving skills and critical thinking. •Proven senior and general management experience with proven track record of achievement in fast moving, results-driven. •Solid knowledge with Ms Excel. •Must have strong organizational skills and attention to details. •Independent worker with ability to think analytically, conduct research, initiative and problem solver.
