- Receiving purchase request, preparing purchase orders to different suppliers to get best offers. - Review orders to check accuracy and specifications of items. - Checking warehouse inventory before ordering new production items. - Price & specifications and delivery dates comparing among suppliers to assure best quality with best price at the right time. - Research and evaluate suppliers based on price, quality, availability and reliability. - Actual purchase process into the local market. - Confer with staff, vendors to discuss the defective and unacceptable goods and determine the corrective action accordingly. - Delivering the purchased goods on the right time to the department heads. - Invoices financial settlement with accounting dept.
Qualifications 3-5 years of relevant experiences. 10th of Ramadan residents are welcome to apply due to the work location.
